DIY HOME: SEQUIN WALL HANGING

So you’ll all know about my addiction to sequins by now, but did you know they can look just as amazing on the walls? This to die for wall hanging was bought in a village in Morocco and I have to say I’m in love, and a little inspired to make my own version!

I’m also addicted to sequins, and while I’ve set the project aside for awhile, I’ve painted one of those pre-framed canvases and am in the process of sewing sequins all over it. It’s almost like working with an embroidery hoop.

Ooh my this is gorgeous! Personally I feel at times sequins can come off as tacky, but I would love some floor sweeping curtains covered in sequins. If you don’t mind me asking how much did you snag this gem for?

The weird thing is that it looks way too good on that wall. It might even pass for an elegant dress with how well the sequin was made. That might even look good as a blouse with a little alteration. Thanks for the share.
