DIY INSPIRATION – EXTREME FRINGING

I absolutely love the texture and movement in fringing – and nothing’s better than extra long fringing that swishes on the ground and swooshes in the air. I’m trying to decide what extreme fringing DIY project to get started on first – a dress, a maxi skirt, orrr… thoughts? What would you make?

I think a skirt would be a bit easier to make, and probably more flattering for most people so I’d go with that.

Vintage black kimono + Medium long black fringing = FabFeeling new overcoat-with-a-difference!
Left-over fringing will find its way to a neck bangle, and attached to an unsuspecting shoe ankle strap!!

I think a pair of shorts would be really cool… if you did the fringe thick enough they’d be almost like pants! Don’t know how you’d make them though…
